Premier Coaching Program

This is the heart and soul of the coaching process, because all of the best planning and good intentions are useless if there are not specific actions taken on a regular basis to move you toward your goal! We will meet with you every week (or other prearranged schedule) to work on every area of your business that needs improvement. Quite simply – you have no choice other than to move forward!!!

Included in the program is:

Personal Coaching – The very first thing we work on is YOU. As the owner, you have total control and responsibility for the success of your business. I will learn your strengths, weaknesses, goals and dreams. Because I constantly study the habits, behaviors and techniques of successful people, I have at my disposal extensive research on best practices and tools for implementation to help you become a better business owner.

We have various programs. Typically, we start meeting on a weekly basis. This may continue weekly – or if you have a smaller business or progress quickly, we can move you to a bi-weekly or monthly format.

Business Effectiveness Groups

Many business owners are sole proprietors, and don’t have access to the support and feedback that can be offered by a group of their peers. Our Business Effectiveness Groups offer a format for you and other business owners and executives to share strategic and operational challenges facing your business, and get the insight and guidance from your NEBD facilitator as well as your peer group members. Limited to a maximum of eight members, this groups meets once a month for three hours. The program includes a one-on-one coaching session for one hour a month, in addition to the group meetings. Individual and business assessments will be provided to each member, and a detailed action plan will be developed for you to map out a plan for you to reach the personal and business goals most important to you. This program is affordable on ANY budget.

Business Effectiveness Evaluation

You will be asked to fill out a Business Effectiveness Evaluation, to help us understand how your business is running currently. We will also look at your financial reporting systems and data, and provide two different analyses on your business. The first will focus on internal operations, using some common business ratios to identify areas of strength and weakness. We will also run an analysis using Fintel, a sophisticated database of financial intelligence that allows you to compare your business to others in your industry in key financial performance measurements. This assessment will give us some good hard data to prioritize where we can most quickly make changes that have the biggest impact on improving your bottom line. All tools and assessments are included in the fee. We will use this data to develop a 90-day action plan for you to move your business forward.

Business Critiques and Other Single Sessions

If you have an area that you would like feedback on, such as your marketing strategy, developing a specific ad, etc., I am available for a one time, 1-2 hour session. (Maximum of four per year)

Working with me over the course of 12-18 months is less of an investment than the cost of hiring a receptionist to answer your phones for the same time period!
